Student Townhomes Near UA Built for Your Whole Group

Fifteen townhomes went up on Hackberry Lane this year and opened in August. Nobody has lived in them. No stories attached to them yet, no reputation, no legend about the group that had the corner unit three years ago. The first people through the door write all of that.

Each building is three stories and each floor is one townhome, so a floor belongs to your group and nobody else. Four bedrooms with four bathrooms, or five with five. The bathroom count always matches the bedroom count, which ends the only argument that actually ruins a house. There are 72 beds in the entire community, four buildings on Hackberry and one around the corner on Meador, and that is the whole list.

Rent for 2027-2028 is $1,500 a bed. Take one bed and we will put you with people, or take the whole townhome at $6,000 for a four bedroom and $7,500 for a five. The 2026-2027 year filled before the buildings were finished, which should tell you how fast this one goes.
